Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
If you're like me and love fall flavors but summer foods, this is the recipe for you!! I I can''t get enough of pumpkin spice, basic I know....but c'mon it's so good. Not much else to say about this one other than it's amazing, and works perfectly as a smoothie too if you leave the toppings off!
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp flax
1 tbsp collagen (leave out to make this vegan)
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
any toppings you want!
HOW TO: 1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with your favorites, I used sliced apple, coconut, and homemade pumpkin cookies.
PS: The cookies are not vegan.
