Vegan Banana Reese's Bites
If you like banana, peanut butter, and chocolate...I've got something for you. I'm a huge reese's fan, but not the biggest fan of how they make my stomach feel after eating them; so I've got something that'll hit your craving and leave you feeling GOOD! And these have a little twist because they have frozen banana, the absolute best. If you wanna know how to make these insanely easy little bites, keep reading!
3 tbsp of dairy free chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
sprinkle of sea salt
HOW TO: 1. Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until its melted.
2. Slice the banana into desired thickness, I made 16 slices out of one banana.
3. Put half of the banana in a layer on a plate and evenly disburse the peanut butter on top of each one.
4. Put the other half of the bananas on top to close the sandwich, pour the melted chocolate on top, and sprinkle sea salt! 5. Store in the freezer to set the chocolate and to make the bananas nice and creamy :)
